Is JXC Model a factory or a trading company?
JXC Model is a factory, not a trading company. We own our production facility in Chenghai, Shantou, and run our injection moulding machines in-house. That means we control the tooling, moulding, assembly and quality checks ourselves. You deal directly with the people who make the product, so there is no middleman markup and no guessing about where your order is in the process.
Where is the JXC Model factory located?
Our production factory is in Chenghai, Shantou, in Guangdong Province. Chenghai is the largest toy manufacturing area in China. Our head office is in Bantian, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Sales, design and export paperwork are handled from Shenzhen. Moulding, assembly and quality control happen in Chenghai. Buyers are welcome at either location.
Are JXC Model RC cars officially licensed by the car brands?
Yes. We hold official licence agreements with Toyota, Land Rover and Mitsubishi. Licensed means the carmaker approves our body design before we cut any tooling. This protects you directly: unlicensed copies can be held at customs or removed from retail shelves, and that risk falls on the importer, not the factory. Licensed models let you sell in any market without brand infringement problems.
How long has JXC Model been making RC cars?
We have manufactured RC cars since 2015 — over 10 years. That experience shows up in the paperwork more than the product. We already know what documents US, EU, UK, Gulf and Japanese customs expect, so your shipment does not get stuck while we work it out.
Can I visit your factory or arrange an audit?
Yes. We welcome factory visits and third-party audits at both our Shenzhen office and our Chenghai factory. Most new buyers audit us before the first order, and we expect it. If you cannot travel, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production line instead.
What safety certifications do your RC cars have?
Our RC cars are built to meet the main safety and radio rules of the markets we export to. These include CE and EN 71 for Europe, ASTM F963 and FCC Part 15 for the United States, UKCA for Great Britain, GCC for the Gulf states, RoHS for restricted substances, and MIC/TELEC for Japan. Certificates are issued per model, so ask for the report that matches the exact item you plan to import. We send full test reports with every quotation.
What is your production capacity?
We ship more than 500,000 units per year. Capacity matters to you for two reasons. Your reorders do not sit in a queue behind a larger customer, and peak season orders still ship on time when everyone in Chenghai is busy at once.
